Netzon Group in Barcelona is seeking a Head of Global Compliance to own and drive the company’s global compliance programme. You will establish frameworks, policies and governance to meet legal, regulatory and contractual requirements across the group.

The role requires deep knowledge in privacy, information security, quality management and regulatory frameworks, plus strong analytical and communication skills in English.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance, privacy, information security, quality management and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience supporting or maintaining ISO 27001 and/or ISO 9001 certification programmes.
• Experience reviewing contracts, supplier arrangements and regulatory obligations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own, manage and directly deliver Netzon’s Compliance programme across the Group globally.
• Establish and maintain the frameworks, policies, management systems, controls and governance processes needed to support legal, regulatory, contractual, certification and business requirements.
• Oversee privacy and data protection, information security governance, quality management, AI governance, corporate ethics, risk management and wider regulatory compliance.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.

At Netzon Group, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a Head of Global Compliance to join our team in Barcelona.

About the Role

In this role as Head of Compliance you will own, manage and directly deliver Netzon’s Compliance programme across the Group globally.

You will establish and maintain the frameworks, policies, management systems, controls and governance processes needed to support legal, regulatory, contractual, certification and business requirements. This includes privacy and data protection, information security governance, quality management, artificial intelligence governance, corporate ethics, risk management and wider regulatory compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance, privacy, information security, quality management and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience supporting or maintaining ISO 27001 and/or ISO 9001 certification programmes.
• Experience reviewing contracts, supplier arrangements and regulatory obligations.
• Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
• High level of integrity, discretion and professional judgement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
