• 8+ years of experience in structured debt, real estate financing, investment banking, or financial management.
• Strong expertise in structured debt and securitization.
• Experience in negotiations with investment funds and banks.
• Proficiency in advanced financial modeling and forecasting.
• Experience leading fundraising processes.
