Head of Finance & Operations (FinOps)

We are looking for our Head of Finance and Operations to be the CEO’s right hand, specifically addressing our cash flow optimization and leading our Series A fundraising preparation.

We need a leader who can master both Rolling Forecast with LTV Prediction using Python/SQL and People Ops / Payroll – the full stack of FinOps.

You will take the lead on the entire financial and administrative infrastructure, transitioning from external consultants to building a high‑performance internal function. Your success will be measured by improved cash flow stability and a successful VC fundraise.

  • Financial Strategy & VC Prep: Drive the financial narrative for the Series A fundraise. This includes developing the financial section of the pitch deck, communicating monthly reports to our Angel Investor, and supporting due diligence efforts.
  • Core SaaS Analytics & Data: Become the owner of our key subscription metrics. Design, calculate, and analyze LTV, CAC, and LTV:CAC per user, audience, and app using Python and SQL.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury: Implement tight control over cash burn rate and cash flow. Analyze cost optimization opportunities and manage treasury to maximize the efficiency of cash (investments/forecasting).
  • Operational Control & Compliance (Hacienda): Oversee all accounting, invoicing, and local reporting requirements for Spain (Hacienda). Manage payroll, employee benefits, and payments for 10 employees in Barcelona 10+ contractors in Vietnam.
  • FP&A Leadership: Lead all Financial Planning & Analysis efforts, including P&L management, building the rolling forecast, and annual budgeting.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Set OKRs/targets for business teams and serve as a business analyst for the CEO, connecting financial performance to product/marketing strategy.

Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are currently partnering with a leading company in the Beauty & Wellness sector in the search for a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist. The role will report dually to the CEO and the CFO and will be part of the Finance Department.

  • Preparation and analysis of the monthly Profit & Loss statement (P&L).
  • Preparation and analysis of the weekly Cash Flow Report.
  • Preparation of the monthly Board Report.
  • Weekly Fast Sales Reports.
  • Business operations reporting: clients, products, average ticket, expenses, locations, investments.
  • In‑depth analysis of EBITDA conversion rates.

What we are looking for:

  • Very high level of English.
  • University degree.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel; Power BI skills highly valued.
  • 6 years of experience in auditing, controlling, or financial analysis.

  • Support the financial planning process including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial modeling.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with variance and performance analysis.
  • Analyze key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC) and provide insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
  • Build and maintain financial dashboards and automate recurring reports.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Experience with financial modeling and data visualization (Power BI, Looker, or similar tools).
  • Good understanding of subscription‑based business models and SaaS KPIs.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information clearly.
