Job summary

You will oversee engineering strategy, team growth, and delivery of reliable, secure financial products, collaborating with CTO, Product, and executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role (Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, Engineering Director).
• Experience building and scaling high-availability platforms.
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong collaboration with product and business stakeholders.
• Background in microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Now looking for an exceptional Senior Engineering Manager/ Head of Engineering to lead our engineering organisation, scale their technology platform, and help shape the next phase of our journey.

The Role

You will be responsible for the overall engineering strategy, team leadership, and technical delivery across our platform. You will work closely with the CTO, Product, and executive leadership to build scalable systems, grow a high-performing engineering team, and deliver reliable, secure financial products. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and strategic execution.
