The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organised and design‑savvy Head of eCommerce to own the performance, consistency, and presentation of our Shopify stores across multiple markets. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our DTC growth - you’ll be the person ensuring every store, campaign, and page feels on‑brand, optimised, and conversion‑ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Own our Shopify ecosystem — oversee the design, functionality, and performance across multiple stores and markets.
• Maintain brand and UX consistency across all sites, including promotions, layouts, apps, and templates.
• Build and design high-converting pre‑sale pages in Funnelish using copy provided by our copywriter.
• Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage internal and external resources involved in SEO optimisation, ensuring ongoing search visibility and ranking improvements.
• Liaise with our Shopify Developer to implement design and functionality updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth rollouts.
• Oversee Shopify store setups for market expansions, ensuring localisation and compliance with regional requirements.
• Monitor site performance and user experience, proactively identifying improvements to boost conversions and retention.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (native Dutch a bonus).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Shopify stores.
• Experience with Instant and Figma.
• Strong communication skills — able to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, and technical teams.
• Well‑organised with a high level of attention to detail.
• Solid background in DTC e‑commerce.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience with Funnelish.
• Basic HTML/CSS or Liquid coding knowledge.
• Direct response copywriting experience.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO tools.

Day‑to‑Day Activities

• Manage and collaborate closely with our Shopify Developer.
• Set up new sales or advertorial pages to support campaigns.
• Maintain visual and functional consistency across all stores.
• Manage Shopify store localisation and expansion for new markets.
• Collaborate with marketing on creative assets, messaging, and campaign rollout.
• Prepare and execute sales promotions, ensuring site readiness from copy to checkout.
