We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Credit Capital Markets to establish Keyrock’s Credit Desk and drive the firm’s debt capital markets business, spanning both institutional credit and on‑chain borrow / lend.
Develop and execute a cohesive credit strategy that unifies the firm’s on‑chain lending, off‑chain loans, structured financing and other activities.
Lead and align cross‑functional credit teams to ensure strategic consistency, operational excellence and measurable results.
Conduct in‑depth fundamental analysis of borrowers across Fiat, Crypto and Stablecoin exposures, reviewing loan tapes, legal structures (SPVs, bankruptcy‑remote vehicles) and collateral quality.
Design and oversee comprehensive credit risk frameworks covering counterparty evaluation, collateral optimisation, capital allocation and governance standards.
Monitor key performance and risk indicators—including “Health Factors” and smart contract vulnerabilities—continually and develop stress‑testing models.
Stay at the forefront of market developments in traditional institution credit and emerging on‑chain DeFi credit markets.
Collaborate closely with trading, treasury, DeFi credit, risk and legal teams to optimise capital efficiency and risk management.
Represent the credit business externally, maintaining relationships with institutions, borrowers, protocols and liquidity providers.
6+ years of experience in Repo Trading, Prime Brokerage, Structured Finance or Fixed Income; understanding of cost of funding, collateral haircuts, rehypothecation risks and ISDA / credit terms.
Track record of senior management positions; responsibility for the entire Credit desk team.
Proficient in Python; expected to write scripts for on‑chain data queries, automate interest rate tracking and back‑test credit strategies.
Preferred: Knowledge of DeFi lending mechanics (AMMs, utilisation curves, liquidation logic).
Preferred: Ability to read Solidity and review smart contracts to identify basic security risks or non‑standard logic before deploying capital.
Demonstrated understanding of the current RWA landscape and legal mechanisms to bridge off‑chain assets to on‑chain tokens.
Proven track record of managing a book of business, including margin management and liquidation prevention during high volatility periods.
