A leading wellness brand located in Madrid is seeking a Head of Creativity and Design to lead the conceptualization and design of corporate materials and product lines. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in a creative agency, strong branding, and packaging design skills, and the ability to execute high-level creative projects. This role requires collaboration with sales and marketing teams, active participation in brand development, and a solid understanding of market trends. Proficiency in English is essential and international experience is highly valued.

Objective :

The role of Head of Creativity and Design at the AB Living Group will be to work with the Sales & Marketing team, leading the conceptualization and design of all corporate materials and product lines for the AB Living group, including its member brands such as SHA, following the guidelines established in the Brand Book, which must evolve in line with detected trends.

Main duties and responsibilities :
  • Participate in and add value to marketing strategies, brand identity, and strategic positioning.
  • Lead the branding and product development projects of the AB Living Group and, in particular, one of its main brands : SHA, actively participating in the conceptualization, art direction, design, layout, and printing / production of each piece, product, or project.
  • Execution of designs applied to different environments, both online and offline media.
  • Product development : market research and benchmarking, conceptualization, packaging design and 3D prototyping, research and sourcing of materials or finishes in line with the brand image and its sustainability values, contact with suppliers and manufacturers, management and production, as well as supervision and monitoring until distribution and implementation.
  • Production of sketches, storyboards, and artwork designs based on creative ideas.
  • Preparation of corporate dossiers and design of special presentations with a high level of creativity, style, and aesthetics, aligned with brand standards.
  • Active participation in the conceptualization and image design of new apps for the SHA brand and the AB Living group, working closely with the IT department.
  • Design, layout, and manage the printing of all stationery, signage, advertising, and other corporate materials for the AB Living group and its related brands.
  • Create brand books for new brands and update the brand books for the AB Living group.
  • Design and development of packaging for the group's products and brands, adapted to their brand identity, planned distribution, and market trends.
  • Selection / creation of gifting for the group's brands.
  • Definition, design, and execution of signage for the group's establishments.
  • Searching for, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers in the area.
  • Continuous benchmarking of similar brands and continuous search for trends / cool hunting.
  • Keeping the team up to date on graphic and advertising trends.
What should you bring to the table?
  • Experience : Minimum 5-7 years in a similar position in a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
  • Essential international experience, experience in the sector.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, industry practices, branding.
  • Solid experience in creating international advertising campaigns.
  • Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Graphic Communication, Fine Arts or similar. Degree in Public Relations or Marketing.
  • Proven experience in branding, packaging, and advertising design in the luxury sector.
  • Excellent conceptual, artistic, and aesthetic skills.
  • Experience in brand communication, art direction, photo retouching, layout, illustration, infographics, and presentations.
  • Experience in UI / UX Design.
  • High level of English.
