A global fashion group in Madrid is seeking a Head of Consumer Marketing to lead 360 marketing strategies for its brands. You will manage initiatives to drive consumer loyalty and brand awareness, while overseeing a team and optimizing marketing budgets. The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of experience in marketing within the fashion or retail sector, alongside strong communication skills and a passion for innovation in the field.

Formación

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing within retail, fashion, beauty, or luxury environments.
  • High level of Spanish and English (min. C1), both spoken and written. French and/or German is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The project!

The Head of Consumer Marketing will lead and manage 360 Marketing strategies and initiatives for Hackett and Façonnable. Will be responsible for driving consumer loyalty, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales through innovative programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, and a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and analytical is key.

What will the role entail?
  • Define and execute the 360° brand strategy across all consumer touchpoints to drive awareness, consideration, and sales.
  • Lead all consumer acquisition and retention initiatives, including trade marketing, in-store activations, events, and loyalty programs.
  • Oversee seasonal media planning (incl. OOH), brand partnerships, and relationships with agencies and commercial partners, ensuring global consistency with local adaptation.
  • Analyze consumer data and market trends to optimize strategies, manage budgets, and assess ROI.
  • Manage and develop a team of 5, providing guidance and presenting performance insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing within retail, fashion, beauty, or luxury environments.
  • High level of Spanish and English (min. C1), both spoken and written. French and / or German is a plus.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Solid project management skills and experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, team management, and stakeholder management skills. Passion for fashion, marketing, and innovation.
