Ideal candidates have over 3 years of experience in applied AI, a strong background in Python, and familiarity with various AI agent frameworks. We tame Cracken, an AI Agent for Cybersecurity with human-in-the-loop. Our flagship product, is an agentic AI copilot drastically scaling cyber assessments for enterprises and governments.

We are growing and seeking a Head of AI to help us pioneer the future of cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Set the research vision and roadmap for cybersecurity AI agents, balancing foundational work with near-term product impact.
• Design and implement large-scale distributed systems that turn “impossible” tasks into practical capabilities.
• Prototype, benchmark and productionise agentic workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest in AI and AI Agents. Provide relevant insights to the team and integrate innovations.
• Hands‑on engineering and testing of the product in various capacities, focusing on AI Agent features.
• Hands‑on engineering and testing of the internal agent’s framework (similar to LangChain / Haystack and others).
• Lead a team of AI engineers; grow from IC to small‑team lead while remaining deeply technical.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading applied‑AI projects with evidence of scaling LLM or multi‑agent systems to production.
• Deep experience in Python.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks:
  • implementation of Generative AI Agents using Langchain / Haystack and others;
  • implementation of RAG using LlamaIndex and other Advanced RAG frameworks;
  • evaluation of AI Agent Performance;
  • integration of AI Agents into Existing Systems.
• Cybersecurity product background: worked on security‑focused software or platforms.

Nice To Have

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Interest or active participation in cybersecurity‑related activities.
• Interest in Offensive Security and pentesting.
• Contributions to AI / CS/ Cybersecurity research, blogs, or whitepapers showcasing expertise.
• Experience in developing or contributing to open‑source developer tools or frameworks.
