What you will do

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Develop account management strategies to maintain strong relationships with key hotel partners and maximize business opportunities.
  • Monitor performance by region, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
  • Define and track performance metrics to ensure team accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers and specialists, ensuring high engagement.
  • Ensure continuous training and development for the team and drive commercial excellence.
  • Provide guidance on account plans, negotiations, and participate in partner interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Tax, and Legal.
  • Work with Business Development and Product teams to align strategies with business goals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Represent Odigeo Connect at major hotel and tourism fairs.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct research, and gather insights from hotel feedback.

What you need to succeed

Bring your perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions. You should have:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales leadership roles in the hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with at least 7 years managing teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop trusted relationships with hotel partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
  • Full English proficiency; additional European languages are a plus.
