Based in Singapore with operations worldwide, we focus on US, UK and Canada university admissions services, boarding school preparatory services and pre‑high school development services.
Beyond college counseling, we offer transformative developmental programs such as AddedNova, Public Speaking, and the Book Club, designed to build critical reading and analytical skills. Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute sales strategy and plans to achieve revenue targets for the College Counseling business.
- Transition the sales function from founder‑led to a scalable, repeatable, and accountable model.
- Deliver overall targets for assigned countries, maintaining revenue forecasts and lead generation.
- Support ideation of new product designs and service offerings to optimize customer value.
- Gather understanding of country/region specifics and recommend improvements.
- Develop customer management processes to increase sales process effectiveness and pricing.
- Understand geography operations, conduct market intelligence and visits, deploy regional teams and partners.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships; build a strong referral network and community presence.
- Personally lead high‑value or strategic deals; develop partners and ecosystem to increase sales acquisition through references.
- Provide guidance to team members for lead generation, qualification, and closure planning.
- Lead Generation & Lead Management
- Collaborate with Marketing for digital campaigns to generate leads.
- Provide guidance to Digital Media team to optimize lead volume and quality.
- Guide team to identify touch points for current clients and business partners; develop engagement activity calendar.
- Implement engagement activities and generate referrals.
- Drive lead‑generating activities through webinars and partnerships.
- Oversee onboarding and activity of Business Partners and Coaches.
- Ensure lead qualification implementation and monitor quality.
- Create brand visibility by representing AddedEducation at forums, webinars, exhibitions, etc.
- Team Management & Sales Support
- Hire, train, and lead a high‑performing sales team.
- Create a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals, track performance, and implement incentive structures.
- Conduct internal reviews to evaluate performance against targets.
- Provide guidance and training to build team capability.
- Ensure team retention.
- Gather prospect insights and develop evaluation reports and engagement plans.
- Connect with prospects, align aspirations with AddedEducation offerings, and drive sale closure.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to expedite closure and customer onboarding.
- Ensure smooth handover to Delivery team post‑sales while managing ongoing relationships.
- CRM Management & Process Adherence
- Standardize sales process from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Oversee documentation, note‑taking, and call summaries for prospect interactions.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot central Customer Data Management System.
- Ensure adherence to organization policy, processes, and systems.
- Ensure proper use of standard scripts and templates for prospect communication.

Required Skills And Educational Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Economics from a university in the US, UK or Canada.
- Previous consulting experience as a management consultant or in the education industry.
- Experience managing a team of people for at least 3 years.
- Ability to build a market and manage P&L for 3 countries eventually.
- Passion for university education and guiding young people to attain success.
- Strong communication skills – writing, interviewing and research skills.
- Proven negotiation ability.
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Self‑motivation and ability to motivate a team.
- Experience working to and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high‑quality work and projecting a positive attitude.
