• Previous experience as Head Chef in a premium / fine dining environment.
• Deep knowledge and passion for Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
• High standards in food presentation, hygiene, and quality control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the conceptualization, creation, and launch of a new Italian restaurant.
• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets in the hotel.
• Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment and training.
