Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking a Professional in Ground and Flight testing of avionics systems. You will define and maintain GTOs, analyze issues with DO and Architects, and manage crypto gear on helicopters.

You will support flight tests and development tests, coordinating with the Flight Test Department and Programs Office as needed. This permanent role requires an engineering degree in Aeronautics/Telecommunication/Industrial/Electronic, with desirable systems engineering experience

Formación

• Engineering degree in Aeronautics, Telecommunication, Industrial or Electronic.
• Desirable: experience in Avionics Systems Integration test in Helicopters.
• Desirable: Systems Engineering experience in Aerospace.

Responsabilidades

• Definition and maintenance of Ground Test Orders for avionic systems.
• Analyze avionics problems during Ground & Flight tests; coordinate with System Architects, SDRs or suppliers.
• Handle crypto equipment and crypto keys management on helicopters.
• Support Flight Test Department to plan and perform Flight and Ground tests, including ALB Ground Station tests.
• Assist DO in tests for development, certification, qualification or investigations.
• Support Flight Line during B-TEST, maintenance or acceptance testing.
• Define required re-test in the helicopter with DO after modifications or repairs.
• Participate in daily N2 coordination meetings to ensure on-time delivery.

Job Description and Tasks

• Definition and maintenance of the Ground Test Orders (GTO or equivalent) for the avionic systems.
• Together with DO, analyze problems on avionics system level during Ground & Flight test activities in Prototype and in serial H/C during Industrial and Customer acceptance phase and request technical assistance to System Architects, SDRs or suppliers when applicable.
• Handle crypto equipment and crypto keys management on the H/Cs.
• Support to Flight Test Department to define and perform the Flight & Ground tests (including communication tests in ALB Ground Station)
• Support to DO in performing any requested test in the H/C, for the on-going development (Certification & Qualification Test) or investigations
• Support to Flight Line in the problems founds during B-TEST, maintenance or acceptance test in H/C.
• Support to Programs Office upon specific Customer requests in H/C tests, problem investigation, etc.
• Define together with DO the required re-test in the H/C due to specific modifications or repairs.
• Assistance to daily coordination meetings (N2) in the Flight line, to ensure H/C delivery on time.
• Assistance to periodic coordination meetings with DO for follow up of existing

This role may involve some travel for business to Germany (mainly) and France (occasionally); as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required education and knowledge:

• Engineering degree in: Aeronautics, Telecommunication, Industrial, Electronic.

Desirable experience in Avionics Systems Integration test in H/C or in Rig Knowledge in if Ms Office Suite and Google Suite. Experience in Systems Engineering (desirable in Aerospace industrie)
