Nikki Beach Hospitality Group in Marbella, Spain, is seeking a Runner to ensure seamless service flow between kitchen, service staff and guests. You will deliver food and beverages promptly while upholding brand standards and professional appearance.

The role emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and attentiveness, with interactions primarily behind the scenes but critical to guest satisfaction. English fluency is required; other languages are a plus.

Formación

• High-volume hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English mandatory; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to the appropriate tables, beds, or cabanas quickly and accurately
• Handle dishes, trays, and serviceware with care, elegance, and precision in line with brand standards
• Collaborate with Chefs de Rang, kitchen staff, and hostesses to ensure seamless service flow
• Double-check plating, garnishes, sides, and temperatures to confirm order accuracy before delivery
• Assist with resetting tables, refilling water, clearing dishes, and other guest service tasks as needed
• Maintain a constant presence in service areas, proactively supporting floor team members
• Keep service stations and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Follow all opening, service, and closing procedures for your assigned section
• Uphold all hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols
• Communicate any service delays or issues to supervisors immediately
• Maintain high standards of grooming, uniform, and professional behavior at all times
• Participate in pre-shift briefings and stay informed of daily specials, events, and service updates
• Help foster team spirit by contributing to a supportive and positive work environment
• Represent the brand with discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail
