As GTM Strategist, you will build the strategic foundation that enables Aily to scale repeatable, high-impact go-to-market motions and drive top-line growth.

Mission

As GTM Strategist, you will build the strategic foundation that enables Aily to scale repeatable, high-impact go-to-market motions and drive top-line growth. You will help develop Aily's industry depth, strategically position our demo products & experiences and work across multiple business function to sharpen our GTM messaging.

What You'll Do

• Develop Aily's point of view across industry verticals: identify key business needs, develop corresponding AI use cases, create GTM message and strategy
• Own the quality of Aily's demo environments and experiences by translating complex product features & technical capabilities into executive-ready narratives
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Impact, AI, Engineering and Product teams to drive cross-functional collaboration and execution
• Opportunity to define and build new, repeatable programs and processes to support GTM teams as Aily scales

Your profile

• 3+ / 5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a GTM Strategy role within a technology company

Must have

• Communication & collaboration: Clear and confident communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences across multiple business functions.
• Startup mindset & ownership: Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and accountable. You have the ability to take a vision and bring it to life.
• Attention to Detail: Track record of producing executive-ready output
• Familiarity with AI tools: Experience integrating AI tools and platforms into daily workflows and processes

Nice to Have

• Coding skills in Python and/or SQL, able to explore data, validate analyses, and work credibly alongside AI and engineering teams
• Experience working with AI, data, analytics, and/or enterprise SaaS products
• Experience building or scaling programs at a high-growth startup or scale-up
