Overview

Mjølner Informatics opened its first international office in Madrid two years ago. We are now expanding the team with more highly motivated .NET Developers whose assignment will primarily be project based where you are part of developing holistic software solutions from idea to final digital product. Regardless the type of assignment, one thing is for sure – You are an essential part of building the business, boosting solutions that makes a difference for both the client and the end users.

As a .NET Developer at Mjølner Informatics in Madrid, you typically enter into a number of projects for Danish and international clients with the Danish & Spanish teams who will include other developers, UX consultants, project managers and designers. The projects vary in scope, duration, industries and technologies. Currently, we are developing software projects mainly in .NET. Freedom with responsibility and respect for family and free time is key to our culture, which is why you are in charge of your own day-to-day activities. We prioritise each other and our social and professional community, and you’ll be part of professional guilds (e.g. Frontend, Backend and Architecture, IT Security) to grow your knowledge or strengthen your current technology stack.

Your personal qualifications and competences

Preferably you have a University degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a .NET developer. It will be a plus if you are familiar with Azure DevOps, Microservices, Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS and/or CI/CD. We value a curious mindset and a willingness to learn and develop your skills in close cooperation with your colleagues. As you will be working with the teams in Denmark, your level of English must be very high, and you should be used to communicating with many different stakeholders both verbally and in writing. In addition, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to share knowledge, participate in tech Meetups, and engage in cross-team collaboration that furthers both your professional growth and our company’s ambitions. The assignment will primarily be project based where you are part of developing holistic software solutions from idea to final digital product. You will typically work on projects for Danish and international clients with the Danish & Spanish teams, including other developers, UX consultants, project managers and designers. The projects vary in scope, duration, industries and technologies, but currently we are developing software projects mainly in .NET. You will collaborate across teams, contribute to architecture discussions, and participate in guilds (Frontend, Backend, Architecture, IT Security) to strengthen and grow the technology stack.
