Verisure is seeking a Group Functions Learning & Development Intern in Madrid. The role focuses on supporting learning operations, platforms, and programme coordination within a hybrid work model.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or recent graduates in Business, Psychology or HR with strong English and Spanish skills, and solid MS Office knowledge. You will contribute to data reporting, communications, and employee learning experiences.

Formación

• Final-year students or recent university graduates with degrees in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Sociology, or Communications.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish; bilingual requirement for an international environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced internship.
• Interest in Learning & Development, digital learning platforms and employee experience.

Responsabilidades

• Learning Operations: support administration of learning programmes, trackers, calendars, logistics, attendance.
• Learning Platforms & Systems: assist Coursera and Workday enrolments, records, data checks.
• Programme Coordination: help with participant management, communications, documentation.
• Data & Reporting: create/update reports, tracking, quarterly summaries.
• Communication: craft communications for programmes, launches, reminders, newsletters, SharePoint pages.
• HR systems (Workday): maintain learning docs, update databases, support process improvements.
• Employee Support: assist employees with learning opportunities and resources.
• Other activities as required.

Group Functions Learning & Development Intern

Do you have a passion for technology, innovation, people's development and learning?

Verisure is seeking a highly talented individual to work on a range of Learning & Development activities and projects, working in close collaboration with the Group L&D team and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

The main tasks and projects will include:

• Learning Operations: support the administration of learning programmes, maintain participant trackers, manage training calendars, coordinate training logistics, monitor attendance, and support the day-to-day operation of L&D initiatives.
• Learning Platforms & Systems: support the administration of learning platforms such as Coursera and Workday, manage enrolments, maintain learning records, perform data quality checks, and support employees with learning-related requests.
• Programme Coordination: support key initiatives, including participant management, communications, attendance tracking, provider coordination, and programme documentation.
• Data & Reporting: create and update reports, participation trackers, and feedback summaries; consolidate learning data and support quarterly reporting activities.
• Communication: create and update communications for learning programmes, course launches, reminders, newsletters, SharePoint pages, and employee learning resources.
• HR systems (Workday): maintain learning documentation, organise programme materials, update databases and trackers, and support process improvements across the L&D function.
• Employee Support: provide support to employees regarding learning opportunities, programme participation, learning platforms, and L&D processes.
• Other activities as required.

Location

The position is full-time and based in Madrid (Spain), under a hybrid work from home policy of 2 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer.

Candidate profile

• Final-year students and/or recent University graduates with degrees such as Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Sociology, Communications or similar. We are seeking individuals with a passion for learning, development, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish. We are an international company and all our positions, whether internships or permanent roles, require a high level of both languages.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

Additionally, he/she will work with the rest of the Group Human Resources team in other projects such as development processes deployment.
