Formación

• At least six months teaching in a group exercise format.
• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and principles.
• Provide verifiable proof of education for specialized skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead group members through a structured exercise format.
• Ensure safety and comfort of participants during classes.
• Provide feedback and adjust classes based on participant needs.
