In search of the ideal profile

We are looking for a Graphic & Product Designer with a strong aesthetic sensibility and a hands‑on approach.

This role combines graphic design and product development, with a focus on bringing the brand to life across all touchpoints — from digital assets to physical materials.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual and product solutions that reflect the level of quality, coherence, and sophistication that define Eight & Bob.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Brand Visibility

• Design and develop visual assets across all brand touchpoints:
  • Catalogues and presentations.
  • Social media content and feeds.
  • Corporate materials.
  • Retail and POS elements (displays, expositores, etc.).
  • Events and exhibitions.
• Ensure consistency and coherence of the brand image across all formats and markets.
• Create compelling visual narratives aligned with the brand universe.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of digital experiences (UX/UI).
• Support the creation of web, e‑commerce, and digital campaign assets.
• Design and develop landing pages for campaigns and new product launches.
• Ensure that the website consistently reflects and translates the brand’s visual identity.
• Ensure usability and aesthetic consistency across all digital platforms.

3. Product Development & Packaging

• Participate in the development of packaging and selected product lines.
• Propose design concepts, materials, finishes, and formats.
• Work closely with suppliers to bring ideas into reality.
• Review and validate prototypes, mock‑ups, and production samples.
• Ensure that the final product meets the brand’s standards of quality, detail, and sophistication.

4. Creative Direction & Execution

• Proactively propose new creative ideas and design directions.
• Translate concepts into tangible outputs with a high level of execution.
• Manage projects from concept to final production.
• Ensure attention to detail in every stage of the process.

You have:

• +3 years of experience in graphic design, product design, or similar roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both visual and physical design work (please attach to your application).
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
• Good command of AI‑powered design tools to support and enhance the creative process.
• Sensitivity to materials, finishes, and production processes.
• High level of English.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic criteria.
• Proactive, creative, and hands‑on mindset.
