Isg International Service Group in Barcelona, Cataluña, Spain, is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer to support its Marketing and Communications team. The role focuses on presentation design, digital marketing assets, social media, corporate communications, and production design.

The ideal candidate is organised, visually strong, detail-oriented, and able to work within brand guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic/multimedia design.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Portfolio must be provided via direct link (website/Behance/Adobe Portfolio).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Design and refine PowerPoint presentations and visual assets.
• Create assets for digital marketing, newsletters, social media, websites, and internal materials.
• Manage multiple design projects with deadlines and revisions.
• Resize, update, reformat, and localise assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support digital and social media content creation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications and internal stakeholders.
• Organise and maintain shared design files and asset libraries.
• Assist with basic video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content when needed.

An international technology and engineering organisation is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer to support its Marketing and Communications team.

The role focuses on presentation design, digital marketing assets, social media, corporate communications, and production design. The ideal candidate is organised, visually strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within established brand guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with video editing, basic motion graphics, multimedia content, and asset adaptation is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine PowerPoint presentations and supporting visual assets for internal and external use.
• Create and adapt assets for digital marketing, newsletters, social media, websites, internal communications, and business materials.
• Manage multiple design projects, deadlines, revisions, and changing priorities.
• Resize, update, reformat, and localise existing assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support digital and social media content creation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and other internal stakeholders.
• Organise and maintain shared design files and marketing asset libraries.
• Support basic video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content when required.

Reporting Line

Reports to the Senior Graphic Designer / Head of Design.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communications, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating experience with:
• Presentation and PowerPoint design
• Social media graphics
• Digital marketing assets
• Corporate and marketing materials
• Portfolio must be provided as a direct link (website, Behance, Adobe Portfolio, or equivalent) as part of the application.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing for digital-first environments and platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within established visual systems and brand guidelines.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing deadlines, and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and making design iterations quickly.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Figma.
• Basic experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Experience supporting B2B marketing, corporate communications, or technology-focused organisations.
• Familiarity with technical, engineering, data-driven, or complex visual content.
• Experience organising and maintaining shared creative asset libraries and digital design repositories.
• Experience adapting creative content across multiple digital channels and formats.
