Prime Insights, una empresa sueca de tecnología, busca un diseñador gráfico e ilustrador para crear identidades visuales únicas, ilustraciones personalizadas y activos creativos para productos y campañas.

La posición es remota y a tiempo completo, con cultura asíncrona y compensación competitiva basada en la experiencia y resultados.

Formación

• Experiencia en ilustraciones vectoriales modernas para productos digitales, apps y marketing.
• Conocimientos sólidos de composición, color, tipografía y maquetación.
• Capacidad de preparar ilustraciones y assets para animación es una ventaja.
• Colaboración estrecha con motion designers y product designers.

Responsabilidades

• Crear diseños ASO, publicaciones sociales, anuncios pagados, mascotas e assets para campañas.
• Diseñar iconos personalizados, ilustraciones, sistemas visuales y assets para web y marketing.
• Contribuir a la identidad visual de las marcas en múltiples plataformas.
• Adaptar estilos e ilustraciones para diferentes mercados y necesidades de localización.
• Colaborar con motion designers, editores de video y otros creativos para assets de alta calidad.
• Mantener una consistencia de diseño entre productos y campañas.

We're looking for Graphic Designer to create unique visual identities, custom illustrations, mascots, icons, onboarding experiences, and other creative assets that bring our products to life.

Responsibilities

• Create ASO designs, social media posts, paid ads, mascots, and other engaging assets for our advertising campaigns.
• Design custom icons, illustrations, visual systems, and creative assets for web and marketing campaigns.
• Help build, evolve, and maintain the visual identity of our brands across multiple networks..
• Adapt visual styles, illustrations, and branding for different markets, audiences, and localization needs.
• Work with motion designers, video editors, and other creative team members to deliver high-quality visual assets.
• Contribute to maintaining a consistent design language and illustration style across all products.

What We're Looking For

• Experience creating modern vector illustrations, iconography, and visual assets for digital products, mobile apps, websites, and marketing materials.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and other professional design tools.
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience preparing illustrations and design assets for animation is a strong plus.
• Experience collaborating closely with motion designers and product designers is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating advertising, branding, UI graphics, and digital product design.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain visual consistency across multiple brands and platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.

The Setup

• Fully remote — work from anywhere.
• Full-time position.
• Async-first culture with some overlap with Central European Time (CET) preferred.
