XAL GmbH in Barcelona is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to shape our brand across digital and print media. You will lead concepts from idea to print-ready artwork, craft digital ads, newsletters, and social content, and design merchandise and POS materials.

You will also create animations and videos for online platforms, retouch images, and maintain a consistent corporate design. Collaboration with printers, photographers, and project teams is essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience in UX/UI design and user-centered design methods.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design systems.
• Strong corporate design and brand identity understanding.
• Excellent composition, color, typography, and aesthetics.
• Good written and spoken English (min B2).
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects and MS Office is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualising, designing and implementing graphic projects and advertising materials – from the initial idea through to print-ready artwork – together with the graphic design team.
• Designing a wide range of digital advertising materials, newsletters, social media formats
• Creatively designing merchandise and POS materials as well as creating illustrations
• Creating animations and short-form videos for our online platforms
• Image retouching and editing
• Further developing our corporate design and ensuring a consistent brand appearance across all media
• Collaborating with external partners such as printers, photographers, lithographers and rendering studios, as well as working closely with project management
• Independently managing the organisational aspects of projects, including print enquiries, invoicing, scheduling and time management
• Carrying out corrections, final artwork preparation and quality control of all print materials

Your job:

Your skills:

• Degree in Graphic Design or a comparable qualification

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a designer

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Experience in UX/UI design and the application of user-centered design methodologies

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, particularly in prototyping and design system management

• Strong understanding of corporate design, brand identities, usability principles, and current digital trends

• Creativity, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a keen eye for composition, color, and typography

• Passion for design and architecture, combined with a structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented way of working

• Good written and spoken English skills (minimum B2 level)

• Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and MS Office is an advantage
