Celonis Academy seeks a (Graduated) Intern to join Operations & Technology in Madrid. You will manage LMS operations, resolve learner queries, and build automated workflows with Make and Celonis Action Flows.

This hands-on role scales processes using AI to design agentic workflows guiding the Academy’s future. Ideal candidates are enrolled or recently graduated in CS, data analytics, or related fields, with a passion for automation, APIs, and English communication.

Formación

• Enrolled or just graduated in / from a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Passion for automation and low-code/no-code platforms (prior experience with Make, Zapier, or Action Flows is a strong plus).
• Basic knowledge or understanding of APIs.
• Strong curiosity about AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows, with a desire to apply them in real‑world business environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a learner‑first mindset.
• Break down and convey complex topics in an intelligible way for different target audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (working language).

Responsabilidades

• LMS Administration: Administer, configure, and maintain our Learning Management System to ensure seamless learning paths and platform stability.
• Workflow Automation: Design, build, and optimize automated process flows using Make and Celonis Action Flows.
• Agentic Process Innovation: Identify operational bottlenecks and apply AI tools/agents to automate routine tasks, driving the Academy's transition toward AI‑driven operations.
• Learner Support: Deliver timely, high-quality technical and content support to help learners navigate the platform and become Celonis experts.

The Role:As a Celonis Academy Operations & Technology Working Student, you will be at the heart of building and scaling next-generation learning experiences. In this high‑impact role at the intersection of edtech, process automation, and applied AI, you will manage day‑to‑day LMS operations, resolve technical and content queries for learners, and build seamless automated workflows using Make and Celonis Action Flows. Beyond standard operations, you will take a hands‑on role in scaling our processes by leveraging AI to design, deploy, and operationalize agentic workflows that will shape the future of the Celonis Academy.

The work you’ll do:
