Cognizant in Spain is seeking a Graduate Pega Developer to start a career in low-code development and BPM, gaining hands-on experience with the Pega platform.

You will work with experienced professionals to design, develop, and implement scalable digital solutions that improve business processes and customer engagement.

The role offers a permanent contract and opportunities to obtain Pega certifications while learning Agile, DevOps, and modern web technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (Java is a plus).
• Interest in low-code platforms, BPM, and digital transformation technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and obtain Pega certifications (CSA).
• Proficiency level of English & Spanish.
• Valladolid-based or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Support the design and development of applications using the Pega Platform (PRPC).
• Assist in configuring workflows, business rules, case management, and decisioning solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, architects, and QA) to understand requirements.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and maintaining Pega applications.
• Contribute to documentation, technical design, and best practices.
• Learn and apply Pega frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
• Ensure solutions follow quality, performance, and security standards.
