Job Description
  • Policies, Guidelines and Protocols: Follow established policies, guidelines and protocols; report any issues or inconsistencies to senior management and suggest improvements based on practical experience.
  • Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Insights & Reporting: Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
  • Analysis and Problem Solving: Collect, analyse and interpret data to support decision‑making processes and contribute creative and effective solutions in collaboration with other team members.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their functions and contribute to cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Learning & Development: Participate in training and professional development programmes to acquire specific job‑related skills and become familiar with Ferrovial’s processes and procedures.
  • Improvement and Innovation: Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Capability Building: Develop your own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities and formal or informal training and coaching; gain or maintain relevant external professional accreditation to improve performance and fulfil personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences and reading specialist media.
