Qualifications

Proven Go development experience with distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of Go, gRPC, and NATS.
Experience with observability tools (OTEL, logging, monitoring).
Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB; understanding database-driven apps.
Proficiency in Kubernetes (Deployments, Networking, Service Management).
Experience with agile methods and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and operate highly performant Managed Database Services with a focus on Go.
Architect, implement, and optimize gRPC-based services and messaging with NATS.
Ensure reliable observability through OTEL.
Develop solutions for PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB and integrate into the platform.
Contribute knowledge of Kubernetes and help advance the platform.
Drive automation and scaling using modern DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code approaches.
Work in an agile team using Jira.
