A leading energy management company is seeking professionals for a short-term project in Madrid, Spain, involving comprehensive electrical and mechanical assessments of generators. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, supervising activities, and reporting on progress. Proficiency in English and Spanish, along with a valid European ID, is mandatory.

Work location : Spain

Starting Date : 1st December

Estimated Duration : 3 month

Language skills : English and Spanish (both required for communication and reporting).

Mandatory : Must hold a valid European ID

Scope of the work. This inspection involves a comprehensive electrical and mechanical assessment, requiring a partial or complete disassembly to inspect internal components such as the stator, rotor, and bearings. The scope includes electrical testing, mechanical verifications, and comprehensive repairs or replacements of worn or expired parts to restore the generator to optimal condition.

Main Activities :

Before the start of works : Review of documentation provided by Ansaldo and preparation of a supervision plan.

During execution of works :

  • Supervision and validation of results at the quality plan control points.
  • Monitoring and reporting of Extra Works arising from technical findings during.
  • Daily participation in technical follow-up meetings between the Plant and Ansaldo.
  • Preparation of the Final Outage Report (within a maximum of 30 days after work completion).
  • Supervision of maintenance activities included within the defined scope.
  • Verification of compliance with technical procedures during task execution.
  • Daily communication and analysis with the Plant regarding any incidents observed during activities.
  • Preparation and distribution of the Daily Progress Report of activities.
