Job summary

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions seeks a Quality Supervisor to strengthen GMP‑aligned quality systems within Plasma Testing Laboratories in Spain. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

You will lead investigations, CAPAs, Change Control, and QRM, while supporting audits and cross‑functional collaboration to drive quality excellence across operations in Barcelona and travel to Egypt as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field and 3–5 years in quality/compliance within regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, investigations, CAPA, Change Control and risk management.
• Experience leading audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procedures, testing methods and reports comply with GMP and regulations.
• Supervise quality culture across Plasma Testing Laboratories.
• Lead investigations for deviations, incidents and root cause analyses.
• Manage quality projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in audits, inspections and regulatory assessments.
• Support Change Control reviews and implementation of new procedures.
• Monitor quality system performance and KPIs.
• Oversee CAPA to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
• Lead Quality Risk Management activities including risk assessments and mitigation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance laboratory quality.
