Kyndryl in Madrid seeks a Cybersecurity Manager specialised in Zero Trust architectures. You will lead security transformation projects in international client environments, designing end-to-end Zero Trust solutions across identity, devices, networks and data.

Role combines hands-on execution with strategic vision, including maturity assessments, ZTNA/IAM design, microsegmentation, and governance. English proficiency is essential, and a hybrid work model is offered to empower growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years in cybersecurity projects with Zero Trust architecture experience in international environments.
• Hands-on experience in IAM/MFA, ZTNA, microsegmentation, SASE/SSE, cloud security (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Zero Trust adoption strategies and roadmaps aligned with frameworks.
• Design reference architectures based on identity, devices, networks, applications/workloads and data.
• Conduct Zero Trust maturity assessments and plan risk-prioritised implementations.
• Implement ZTNA, IAM/MFA, conditional access, and least privilege models.
• Design dynamic access policies based on context and device posture.
• Design and deploy network/workload microsegmentation across environments.
• Integrate security controls in cloud environments (CASB, CWPP, SSE/SASE).
• Manage security projects, governance, and resilience activities.
• Align Zero Trust with GDPR, NIS2, DORA and ISO 27001; participate in pre-sales activities.
