Biopharma Careers seeks a Vendor Master MDG governance lead to standardize the Vendor Master globally and design the MDG governance processes within the Transcend program in Madrid. You will collaborate with SMEs, process and technical leads across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, and Quality, and work with deployment teams to implement the governance design and data migration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Business or Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• 10+ years leading data governance and/or data quality initiatives in global organizations
• Hands-on experience with SAP MDG, data quality tools, data lakes, and metadata management solutions
• Proven track record delivering large SAP and data transformation programs including data migration and cutover
• Strong knowledge of data integrity, internal controls, and validation for computerized systems
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive decisions in a matrixed environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to translate business needs into data outcomes
• Strong presentation skills for diverse stakeholder groups

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead end-to-end standardized Vendor Master data design and data management across design, execution, and deployment
• Act as the global authority for the Vendor Master domain with cross-functional partners
• Define, align, and maintain SAP S/4HANA metadata standards across governance principles
• Lead workshops to translate business requirements into scalable master data solutions
• Incorporate regulatory requirements into the Vendor Master data model and MDG governance design
• Maintain global data standards within MDG validation and derivation rules
• Identify changes between the new template and current state to drive change management
• Lead data alignment and integration across systems including LIMS, MES, OMP, and Comet
• Provide strategic leadership for Vendor Master migration including profiling, cleansing, and data quality rules
