Sanofi in Barcelona is seeking a leader for the Global Tender Management Software Engineering team within the Global eCommerce organization. You will drive a mission-critical platform, manage a full-stack team, and guide end-to-end delivery across data, workflow automation, and analytics for strategic bids worldwide.

Partner with product, security, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, mentor engineers, and establish technical standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading software teams in innovative, fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a full stack engineering team up to 7 direct reports.
• Set technical vision for a specialized domain within the eCommerce tech stack.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to define product scope and timelines.
• Contribute to codebase and participate in design reviews.
• Drive execution by organizing teamwork, goals, and accountability.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multi-system features.
