Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment processes across functions to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for expansion in Germany and Italy.
• Train hiring managers on best practices to ensure high-quality decisions.
