Nordex SE is recruiting a Global Sourcing Manager Service to support the Global Sourcing Service Materials (GSSM) Department. The role focuses on global sourcing strategy, supplier partnerships, and sustaining cost-competitive procurement across production, offices, and spare parts management.

The candidate will lead negotiations, manage tenders, and coordinate activities across the value chain, with a travel-ready profile and fluency in English for global stakeholder communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in sourcing roles.
• English at C1 level for global communication.
• Strong understanding of global and local governance frameworks.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

As part of our growth, we are hiring a Global Sourcing Manager Service (m/f/d) to support the Global Sourcing Service Materials (GSSM) Department to ensure the global sourcing strategy through the different areas and functions across the business and performing the following key tasks:

YOUR TASKS

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers in mechanical systems
• Develop and implement global commodity strategies with internal stakeholders
• Align sourcing strategies across production, local offices, and spare parts management
• Coordinate supplier activities across the value chain, including projects and service delivery
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and localization strategies
• Lead price and capacity negotiations to secure best-in-class conditions
• Manage tenders and RFQs from selection to contracting

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics or related field
• For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required
• 3+ years’ experience in sourcing roles
• At least C1 level in English to communicate with stakeholders around the world
• Strong understanding of global and local legislation and governance frameworks
• Analytical and problem solver mindset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to travel
