Johnson & Johnson in Madrid is seeking a Release Manager Reporting & Analytics to oversee reports, KPIs, and analytics for a multi-year S/4HANA transformation. You will coordinate deployments, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable insights across global releases.

The role requires 3+ years in SAP deployments, strong BI experience, and ability to operate in a complex matrix. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in Spain.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP deployment or enterprise deployment roles.
• Experience leading data reporting and business intelligence.
• Understanding of SAP data structures and quality requirements (GxP, GDPR, CSV).

Responsabilidades

• Own the deployment calendar for reports, KPIs, and analytics across multiple releases.
• Track key operational metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure integrity, consistency, and compliance of all reported data.
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Deploy custom analytical reports and lead user acceptance testing.
• Lead hypercare for data reporting and ensure handover to end users.
