We’re actively seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Representative to strengthen our presence and drive growth for our exceptional portfolio of super premium spirits within the on‑premise channel – specifically high‑end bars, restaurants, and exclusive clubs. This role is a hands‑on opportunity, focusing purely on operational sales excellence and direct engagement with our most prestigious accounts.

Your mission will be to ensure our super premium brands are not just available, but are celebrated, preferred, and showcased as the pinnacle of quality at every elite establishment you manage.

We are hiring two super premium sales representatives in Madrid.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell our products within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to achieve a significant sales target with a focus on account and outlet, on trade relationship, bartender.
  • Your ability to connect authentically within the high‑end hospitality scene will be key to fostering loyalty and increasing our brand presence.
  • Expert Mixology & Bartender Training: Serve as a passionate brand ambassador, providing engaging and comprehensive training sessions for bartenders and mixologists.
Qualifications
  • Flexible Working Hours: The vibrant on‑premise environment, especially for super premium establishments, often comes alive in the evenings and at night.
  • Proven Sales Acumen with Luxury Brands: Demonstrated experience in sales, particularly within the super premium alcoholic beverages, luxury goods, or high‑end consumer goods sector.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English (oral and written) is essential.
  • A valid driver’s license and the willingness to move within your assigned territory.
  • Previous experience (3+ years) with super premium spirits brands or luxury products.
  • Training in hospitality, oenology, marketing, or related disciplines.
