The Role

We're hiring a Global Sales Lead (remote) to win and grow multi-million euro partnerships with major food and beverage brands. You'll sell beekeeping projects built on pollination services that deliver tangible commercial value while helping brands achieve their net zero and regenerative agriculture targets.

This is high-stakes, high-impact selling. You'll work directly with sustainability leaders at some of the world's largest food companies, translating pollination into business cases that matter.

What You'll Do
Own Your Sector

You'll be assigned one agricultural vertical—avocado, citrus, almonds, macadamia, apples, berries, melons, mango, canola, cucumbers, pumpkins, peaches, etc. Your job is to become the expert. Know the major players, understand their supply chain challenges, and speak their language fluently.

Build Strategic Relationships

Identify and engage Sustainability Managers, ESG Directors, CSR leaders, farm managers, and Regenerative Agriculture teams at global F&B brands and agribusinesses. Map internal networks across sustainability, procurement, supply chain, and marketing. Build referral networks and establish credibility through thought leadership.

Prospect with Precision

Analyze sustainability reports to identify gaps between commitments and action. Understand each organization's ESG priorities—regenerative agriculture, supply chain transparency, biodiversity goals. Quickly assess budget availability and decision-making processes for sustainability initiatives.

Sell Through Impact

Translate pollination services into metrics that matter: biodiversity impact, habitat creation, traceability, carbon benefits. Help sustainability teams build internal business cases that connect environmental goals to supply risk reduction and brand differentiation. Position our solutions as credible contributions to Nature Positive goals and Science-Based Targets.

Convert interest into action. Listen to challenges around biodiversity commitments, pollinator decline, and regenerative sourcing. Then deliver proposals with clear ROI and realistic timelines.

What You Bring
Experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience in agribusiness or food & beverage sectors
  • Proven track record prospecting and closing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles and building business cases for sustainability initiatives
  • Exceptional at identifying and engaging sustainability decision-makers
  • Strong business case development—you help internal champions secure buy-in and budget
  • Hands-on with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce), pricing tools, and analytics (Sheets / Excel)
  • Outstanding communication skills—you translate technical impact into compelling narratives
