El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en ventas financieras y una sólida comprensión de productos de inversión como ETPs. Formación

  • Experiencia demostrable en ventas financieras, desarrollo de negocios o distribución de productos de inversión.
  • Relaciones preexistentes con asesores financieros o inversores institucionales (gran plus).
  • Fluidez en inglés; idiomas adicionales son altamente deseables.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia global para aumentar los activos bajo gestión.

We are expanding our global footprint and seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Global Sales & Business Development Manager to lead growth across international markets for our full suite of offerings: Leverage Shares Exchange-Traded Products, Crypto ETPs, digital-asset investment strategies, IncomeShares (high-yield monthly income ETPs), and White Label solutions for issuers and asset managers.

This is a unique opportunity to shape Leverage Shares’ global expansion by engaging with brokers, advisors, platforms, institutions, and retail investors across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Relationship Management
  • Develop and execute a global strategy to grow Assets Under Management (AUM) across Leverage Shares’ product range, including crypto-focused products.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard brokers, financial advisors, platforms, and institutional investors worldwide.
  • Build and maintain strong international relationships with key market participants and distribution partners.
  • Drive product adoption through education, targeted outreach, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at international client meetings, industry events, conferences, and media opportunities.
Market Development & Outreach
  • Collaborate with marketing to create localized content and campaigns tailored to regional investors.
  • Host global webinars, podcasts, and events to engage both retail and professional audiences.
  • Partner with influencers, digital media platforms, and industry networks to increase global brand visibility.
  • Support the growth of our White Label business by identifying and nurturing potential issuer partnerships across markets.
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor global competitor activity, investor sentiment, and regulatory developments across traditional and crypto markets.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product positioning and communication strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial sales, business development, or investment product distribution.
  • Strong understanding of ETFs, ETPs, structured products, and/or crypto investment products.
  • Existing relationships with financial advisors, brokers, platforms, or institutional investors (strong plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident engaging with clients, media, and influencers globally.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a global team.
