Job summary

ABB Robotics is seeking a senior professional to design and implement the Robotics Operating System and enterprise performance framework. You will translate strategy into measurable objectives, establish governance mechanisms, and create performance insights that drive fact-based decisions across the organization.

The role involves building the heartbeat of ABB Robotics, including executive cadence, performance reviews, and KPI architecture, to ensure alignment from enterprise level to Business

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise performance management within a complex global organization.
• Proven ability to design and implement KPI frameworks and performance governance mechanisms.
• Experience building management routines and driving strategy execution across functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the ABB Robotics Operating System, establishing routines and governance for execution.
• Build and connect the enterprise performance framework with strategy, KPIs and financial outcomes.
• Lead the Executive Committee cadence, governance forums, and decision-making processes.
• Drive transparency and accountability with a single source of truth for enterprise performance.
• Align KPI definitions and reporting with Business Lines, Functions, Finance and Data teams.
• Drive standardization and simplification across the organization to improve performance management.
• Lead and develop the team to continuously improve the Operating System.
