Position Overview

As the Global Product Owner Supply Chain Management you will drive the strategy design and implementation of global supply chain solutions across Fresenius Kabi.

You will align SAP Supply Chain modules (EWM TM IBP MM PP) and related systems with business objectives ensuring compliance innovation and operational excellence.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, SAP functional experts and external partners to deliver scalable validated solutions that support the companys transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the global product vision and roadmap for SAP Supply Chain solutions.
• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain processes including transportation, warehousing, production planning and demand forecasting.
• Lead projects for transitioning to SAP S / 4HANA Supply Chain solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless integration between SAP modules (EWM TM MM IBP PP).
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, validation requirements and quality standards in all supply chain solutions.
• Partner with external vendors and internal IT teams to manage global rollouts and system harmonization.
• Monitor KPIs, resource utilization and performance to ensure alignment with global objectives.
• Support strategic initiatives focused on supply chain harmonization and optimization.

Your Profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Logistics or a related field.
• At least 8 years of process expertise in supply chain including transportation, warehousing, production planning and forecasting.
• Minimum 6 years of system expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules (EWM TM IBP MM PP).
• Experience deploying global SAP Supply Chain solutions ideally in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in supply chain (AI / ML, IoT) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience working in global and matrixed organizations.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
