Job Description

As part of the global industrial footprint, High Voltage business has established a Global Process Transformation Team. We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Operational Excellence & Transformation Manager to drive process optimization, system integration, and behavioral transformation across the end‑to‑end materials value chain. This role will be instrumental in guiding standardization, continuous improvement, and full system utilization across planning, procurement, logistics, and material management for manufacturing operations across our global sites. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands‑on influencer with experience in process development, ERP integration, KPI establishment, and coaching cross‑functional teams to adopt and sustain change. This role will report to the High Voltage BU Global Head of Material Management.

How you will make an impact
  • Wing‑to‑Wing Value Chain Optimization: Understand and improve the entire value chain from demand planning to product delivery, ensuring cross‑functional alignment.
  • Process Mapping: Analyze, design, and document business processes across functions to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Standardization: Establish and deploy standard processes, ensuring consistency and best practices across functions and regions.
  • ERP Integration: Lead or support the integration of ERP systems into business processes, ensuring optimal configuration and adoption.
  • System Utilization: Ensure full utilization of business systems, eliminating manual workarounds and leveraging digital tools for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Change Facilitation: Act as a change agent to facilitate smooth transitions during process, system, or organizational changes.
  • Coaching & Training: Provide coaching and training to individuals and teams to develop capabilities in lean practices, systems usage, and behavioral transformation.
  • KPI Tool Development: Design and implement performance measurement tools to monitor, track, and drive accountability for key operational metrics.
  • Auditing, Compliance & Governance: Implement governance frameworks, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Your background
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in operational excellence, transformation, or business process improvement; or a combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations for complex engineered industrial products.
  • Extensive knowledge of implementation of ERP systems (SAP is a must) and digital tools in a multi‑site manufacturing operation environment.
  • Proven experience in coaching, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or similar is a plus.
