Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a PMO Senior Operations Manager to support day-to-day PMO operations across multiple sophisticated programs including ERP initiatives. You will partner with PMO leadership, Global Program Managers, and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment, drive governance, and enable timely decision-making.

Formación

• Minimum bachelor’s in business administration, Engineering or related field required.
• Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in PMO and programs.

Responsabilidades

• PMO Operations Coordination and Governance across programs.
• Lead PMO operations across phases with governance, communications and input for decision forums.
• Drive planning across releases, RAID and change control for proactive resolution.
• Supervise schedule management with data-driven tracking against the program plan.
• Manage scope governance and ensure changes align with objectives.
• Deliver clear status reporting to support decision-making.
• Champion predictive delivery and risk identification early.
• Ensure PMO aligns with compliance, quality and risk culture.
• Oversee deliverables tracking and governance across releases.
