Job summary

Siemens Portugal Tech Hub is seeking an experienced IT Service Owner for Corporate PKI Services to take end-to-end ownership of a global PKI portfolio, from strategy and roadmap to operation and continuous improvement.

You will lead cross-functional teams across multiple countries, ensure secure, compliant PKI delivery, drive automation and cloud integration, and advance crypto agility and Post-Quantum Cryptography readiness for 300,000+ users worldwide.

Qualifications

• Several years of IT service ownership or product ownership experience.
• Experience in global or multinational environments.
• Fluent English; strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Corporate PKI service portfolio and roadmap.
• Ensure secure, compliant, cost-effective PKI delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, customers, vendors.
• Drive automation and cloud integration for PKI services.
• Lead service lifecycle, risk management, and continuity planning.
• Monitor performance, quality, and user adoption.
