The role demands deep expertise in pharma or biotech, with a solid understanding of drug development and deal structures. The ideal candidate has a relevant advanced degree, extensive experience, and excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. This position involves direct interaction with senior leadership and requires international travel (~20–30%).

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in pharma, biotech, consulting, licensing, or R&D strategy roles.
• Solid understanding of drug development and regulatory pathways.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform structured scouting of external assets and companies.
• Lead the full lifecycle of business development processes.
• Serve as the point of contact for external companies and investors.

Conocimientos

Strong analytical and strategic thinking

Experience with term sheets and licensing frameworks

Excellent communication skills

High proficiency in business English

Educación
