Job summary

Criteo is seeking a GL Accountant Payroll to manage payroll accounting across multiple countries, reporting into the Accounting Team Lead. You’ll drive close processes, prepare accruals, and ensure accurate reflections in the general ledger.

The role operates in a SOX-compliant environment and collaborates with People, FP&A, and auditors. You will contribute to standardizing payroll integration into financial statements and help shape payroll design in Oracle Cloud ERP as we migrate from SAP.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of practical accounting experience, with multinational payroll exposure.
• Good working knowledge of SAP; Oracle Cloud ERP is a strong plus.
• Experience in a fast-moving, complex international environment.
• Fluent English; any other language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Control payroll proposals from external payroll provider.
• Prepare HR accruals including bonus and holiday pay.
• Full reconciliation and documentation of payroll related Balance Sheet and P&L positions.
• Prepare SOX controls and related documentation.
• Migration projects related to payroll systems (e.g., SAP to Oracle Cloud ERP).
