• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related Finance field.
• Proven experience in a Finance position with understanding of finance processes.
• Previous team leadership experience to develop a high-performing team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the P2P Manager in ensuring financial integrity and executing the Accounts Payables cycle.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations and integrity checks.
• Manage timely payment proposals and supervise payment execution.
• Analyze supplier aged items, risk factors, and debtor balances.
• Produce KPI statistics to monitor team performance.
• Lead a team of 5‑15 members, supervising daily work and recruiting new talent.
