STADA España in Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Global Launch Projects Trainee to support TPM roadmap deployment and cross-functional product launches within an international setting. The role offers exposure to Global Engineering and Production Operations, with hands-on experience in coordinating launch activities and reporting progress.

Ideal candidates are in the final years of their degree or pursuing a master’s, with a scientific background (pharmacy/biotech) and fluent English.

Formación

• Scientific background in pharmacy, biotechnology or related field.
• Currently in final years of degree or enrolled in a master’s program.
• Internship or initial work experience in operations, supply chain or pharma is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in coordinating product launch activities within Supply Chain Management.
• Support project managers in tracking timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Help monitor readiness for production, delivery and release processes.
• Prepare and update reports for launch tracking activities (tracker, Gantt charts, KPI).
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders (internal teams, affiliates, suppliers).
• Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Participate in continuous improvement and learn project management tools.

Purpose of Role

To support the Global Maintenance Leader in strengthening the deployment of TPM roadmap. Global Maintenance is part of Global Engineering team which leads the Global Standardization of the different key Engineering disciplines implemented by site Engineering teams. Global Engineering goal is to provide World Class Engineering support to Global Production Operations, driving change across the entire company, implementing modern and effective means to improve Production throughput performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the coordination of product launch activities within the Supply Chain Management
• Supporting project managers in tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Helping monitor readiness for production, delivery, and release processes under supervision
• Preparing and updating reports for launch tracking activities (e.g., project management tracker, gantt charts, launch sheets, delivery overview, KPI baseline)
• Facilitating communication and information flow between stakeholders (internal teams, affiliates, suppliers)
• Contributing to risk identification and supporting mitigation planning
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and learning project management tools and processes
• Gaining exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes and international project management

Experience

• Scientific background (pharmacy, biotechnology or similar)
• Currently at the last years of the degree or at master studies
• Initial internship or work experience in operations, supply chain, project management, or the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
• Strong interest in pharmaceutical operations and global product launches
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
