Grifols, a global healthcare leader, seeks an IT Validation Technician to execute defined validation methodologies compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements. You will oversee validation resources, manage CSV documentation, and ensure GxP compliance for validated IT systems.

You will collaborate with international teams, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of validation practices in a highly regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemical or related).
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment with GxP compliance.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and GxP standards for computerized systems.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections and audit responses.
• Sharp attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional, international teams.
• Advanced in English for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Relationship management, planning and strategic alignment with business and IT partners.
• Identify project risks, escalate and resolve issues; communicate status to managers and teams.
• Assist in estimating project cost/time and assessing resource requirements.
• Create and approve CSV documentation per IT Validation plans, risk analyses, and reports.
• Ensure IT systems comply with GxP and regulatory data integrity requirements.
• Support IT quality and policy development to align with strategies and ensure service sustainability.
• Mentor junior staff and share IT best practices with partners.
