Ivoclar EMEA is seeking a Security Analyst for its Global IT team to coordinate incident response, assess risks, and implement robust security controls across international projects. You will drive security governance and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and NIST standards while fostering a culture of security awareness.

The role requires 3–5 years in information security, a degree in a related field, and willingness to travel up to 10% internationally. Fluency in English is essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of Information Security experience in an international environment.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks; experience in risk management and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate incident response activities, perform root cause analyses, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Identify security risks and vulnerabilities, define mitigation strategies, and drive their implementation.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve global IT security processes, policies, and standards based on ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Support international IT projects by embedding security best practices and Security-by-Design principles.
• Perform security assessments, monitor compliance with security standards, and contribute to enterprise-wide risk management.
• Develop and promote security awareness initiatives to strengthen the organization's security culture.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies and collaborate with global stakeholders, external partners, and security communities
