• Direct global IT infrastructure and operations, encompassing enterprise networking, cloud environments, server systems, data storage, disaster recovery protocols, and end-user technical support.
• Establish and enforce worldwide infrastructure frameworks, technical architectures, and operational best practices.
• Manage strategic partnerships with key technology providers and administer service agreements, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Partner with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and application development teams to enable secure and seamless infrastructure integration.
• Track and evaluate infrastructure metrics related to performance, uptime, and cost efficiency, providing regular reporting.
