Pump Dynamics is seeking an experienced Lead Auditor Technology to join its Global Internal Audit team. You will provide assurance on technology risks, support strategic initiatives, and develop audit talent in a visible, international setting.

Lead audit engagements, supervise teams, and collaborate with stakeholders across regions to drive risk awareness and control improvements. Strong leadership and tech-risk expertise are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT Audit, IT consulting, or related areas.
• 3+ years in supervisory or project management roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise audit seniors and staff auditors across all audit phases.
• Oversee interviews, document reviews, testing, surveys, and workpapers.
• Review findings and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate open/close meetings with local and global management.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation; report to leadership.
• Develop talent and mentor audit professionals within the team.
